The expert is authorised to carry out property brokerage activities (connecting sellers with buyers or landlords with tenants).

In this context, he may intervene on behalf of a seller looking for a buyer, a buyer looking for property, an owner looking for a tenant, a tenant looking for a property.

He will research on behalf of his client, recommend and accompany him throughout the process, up to drafting the sales agreement or the lease.
