Regulations concerning the protection of personal data have changed with the entry into force of the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") on 25 May 2018.


In accordance with the new regulations, “SAS HEBERT EXPERTISES” will guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal and real estate data :

Each term beginning with a capital letter has the following meaning :

“Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy" or "Policy" : means the present document outlining measures taken to administer, handle and manage your Personal Data and your personal rights.

“Real Estate Data" : Refers to any information relating to your property and real estate entitlements that can be identified directly or indirectly.

“Processing" means any operation or set of operations applied to your Personal Data. “Data protection officer" : Refers to the person who handles your Personal Data.

“Violation of Personal Data" means a security breach that results in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access to your Personal Data.
